New Doesn’t Always Mean Perfect
Before any protection is applied, we carefully assess the condition of your vehicle. Even brand-new vehicles can arrive with light wash marks, transportation contamination, adhesive residue or minor imperfections from storage and dealership preparation.
The vehicle is then safely washed and decontaminated before the paintwork is inspected. If machine polishing is required to improve minor defects or refine the finish, we’ll recommend the appropriate level of preparation before protection is applied.
If the paintwork is already in excellent condition, we won’t carry out unnecessary machine polishing. The aim is simply to give your new vehicle the preparation it needs before protecting the finish.

Prices are based on new vehicles requiring normal preparation and light paint refinement where necessary. Vehicles requiring more extensive paint correction will be assessed and quoted individually. Service typically requires 1–2 days depending on vehicle size, condition and preparation required.
